Placing an order at ordering is very easy.

1. Choose your product.

2. Choose the number you want to order.

3. Click Continue to checkout.

4. Fill in your details and opt for manual IBAN bank transfer.

5. Press Order.

6. Pay your order manually with internet banking, the details are on the last page.


You will also receive an email with the payment details. Please also control your SPAM/unwanted folder.

Placing an order at ordering is very easy. Select the product you want, view the price table on the product page, and choose the number you want. After adding, the staffel discount is automatically applied in the basket. Follow the order instructions to complete the order.


All our products are sent by letter mail. PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday. If your order is placed and paid for before 14:00, it will usually be delivered the next business day.

You can easily pay at by means of a manual IBAN transfer.

The payment must be made immediately after placing an order. We will not ship the product until we receive your payment.

After placing your order, our bank details will be shown. Please follow the payment instructions on the check-out page and include your order number/reference number as a payment attribute.

At most banks IBAN instant banking is now in use, as a result, the payment is often already the same day and we can send the order immediately after receiving your payment!

We will always send a warrant email to the address you have provided.

Please also control your junk mail or SPAM box.

It may happen that the order mail with payment details ends up in your unwanted mail folder.

Have you not received an email 10 minutes after placing your order?

Then email [email protected] with the address with which you placed an order. Then we will email you the bevesteginsmail with payment details!.

Can’t make the manual transfer?

Check the following points:
1. Are you sure you filled in the order number at the “Notification/Note” field?

Please note that the notification field is NOT a payment attribute.

2. If you do not live in Belgium, you may need to use a “European transfer”.

Then transfer your payment without a credit/attribute.

However, it is important that after transferring you send a payment card to [email protected] Add your order number and a screentshot of the payment in the mail. Then we will process your order manually.
